Suddenly finding yourself in a caring role can be very daunting. It’s important that carers have access to accurate information at the right time. Our Carer Support Workers are well informed about services and support available to both you and the person you are caring for.

Even for those who have been caring for some time; navigating your way through information about services can be time-consuming and stressful. We will act as a “one-stop shop” for information and help identify and access other services that could support you or the person that you are caring for.
