From Thursday 25th February, Karen and Melissa will be hosting our monthly Mindful Art sessions!

During each session, our team will demonstrate breathing techniques for stress management and will teach carers about a variety of artist and the techniques they use. You’ll then be given the opportunity to create your own unique piece of artwork!

Sessions will run on the last Thursday of every month, from 11am – 12pm via Zoom.
